Harrison & Cole

At Harrison & Cole, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for returns.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically delivered.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

  • Items may be tried on for fit, but must not show signs of wear.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted and may be refused.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer.

  • This includes international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we cannot process refunds for items that are not successfully delivered to the designated return address.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. You will receive detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  4. Ship the item back at your own expense using a trackable shipping service.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned goods have been received and verified to meet our return conditions.


5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee modification or refund.

  • If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, Harrison & Cole cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.


7. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders in cases of suspected policy abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.
